Mary Pollock – Transaction Coordinator

Mary grew up in a family of 11 as well! She has been with the Donovan Home Team since February 2011. Growing up in a large family allowed Mary to learn to multi-task while still being able to communicate effectively and give each client the attention they need. Her role as transaction coordinator includes: assisting you in the buying or selling of your home and helping make sure that everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met. If you are buying a home the transaction coordinator will help set up searches according to your criteria, set up showings for you, and prepare contract paperwork once you are ready to make an offer. If you are selling your home, the transaction coordinator will help prepare listing paperwork, work with you to market your home, and follow up with agents who have shown your home to get feedback. In both cases once the home goes under contract the transaction coordinator helps get you to settlement on time by making sure paperwork is signed and deadlines are met.
